Booking Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to services offered directly by Piparina and SnowHotel Family. Services offered by third-party providers may have their own terms and conditions, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with them.

Day Cabins

• For bookings canceled more than 48 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee.
• For bookings canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply. If customers wish to change their booking date, they must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Changes are only possible according to availability.

Dining

GENERAL TERMS

• Prices are gross and include VAT.
• Child prices are valid for 2-12-year-olds.
• We reserve the right to make changes.
• Reindeer, chicken, beef and pork that are served in our restaurant are produced in Finland.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• For bookings canceled more than 12 hours before the starting time, a refund will be issued, subject to a 20€ transaction fee.
• For bookings canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
