Booking system (Mews)

We use Mews Systems B.V., a trusted hospitality software provider, to manage reservations and payments.

  • Mews acts as a data processor on behalf of Snowflake Oy.

  • Mews stores data within the EU and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Sharing your data

  • Other Snowhotel Family destinations (Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos, Snowman World) when needed for service coordination

All partners are bound by data processing agreements and handle data securely.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
