In the middle of Santa Claus Village, you’ll find 14 life-sized gingerbread cabins made for private daytime use. Right next to them, our walk-in restaurant invites you to taste Lappish flavours and sweet treats.
Get half of your cabin rental price to spend on food and drinks
When you rent a gingerbread cabin for at least two hours, you can use half of the rental price towards food and drinks from Piparina’s restaurant, enjoyed in the comfort of your private cabin.
The longer you stay, the more tasty delights you earn. So take your time, indulge in the fairytale – and invite your friends to join you!
You can book your cabin at Piparina’s reception or through our online store. The amount can only be used for food and drinks ordered from our restaurant to your gingerbread cabin during your rental time.

Sauna & gingerbread cabin package
Enjoy a private 3‑hour sauna and outdoor jacuzzi experience, combined with exclusive use of a gingerbread cabin for a total of 6 hours.
The package can be purchased on spot or making a reservation through Piparina front desk (sales@piparina.fi / +358 40 5757 805). Maximum 12 people.

Enjoy a unique combination of relaxation and gastronomy with our season offer! The package begins with the Sauna experience followed by the dinner at our restaurant.

What is Piparina?
Piparina is something you won’t find anywhere else in the world (as far as we know) – a gingerbread village brought to life in Santa Claus’s hometown Rovaniemi. Opened in October 2025 by the local family-owned Snowhotel Family, Piparina is a place to rest, dine, and celebrate, all wrapped in the magic of gingerbread and Lapland traditions.
